DELIVERIES
Deliveries will be made within the following areas: Spain (Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and the European Union.
Calce offers 24- to 48-hour shipping via express courier services.
ORDERS MANUFACTURED UPON EXPRESS CONFIRMATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Orders that are not in stock and are manufactured upon the customer’s express confirmation cannot be exchanged or returned.
Before processing an order, we always provide an estimated production time and request the customer’s prior approval. We never begin production without such confirmation.
This provision does not apply to cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or where there is an error attributable to Calce.
CHANGES
The User may request an exchange at no cost within 14 calendar days of making the purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email at calce@calce.es, providing your order details and the items you wish to exchange. Once we receive your email requesting the change, we will contact you to let you know how to proceed.
In any case, no exchange will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening it, or if the product is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, or if it has been damaged after delivery.
In addition, products must be returned in their original packaging, along with any instructions and other accompanying documents, as well as a copy of the purchase receipt.
No changes or returns will be accepted for orders manufactured upon the customer’s express confirmation, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Calce.
RETURNS
The User may request a refund at no cost within 14 calendar days of making the purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at the following address: calce@calce.es, providing your order details and the items you wish to return. Once we receive your return request via email, we will contact you to let you know how to proceed.
